Autoflasher Is Being Discontinued – Services Offline from September 11, 2026
Major changes are ahead for Autoflasher users. According to currently available information, Autoflasher services are expected to be permanently discontinued on September 11, 2026.
The situation follows financial difficulties at Autoflasher GmbH. Insolvency proceedings were opened against the company in August 2026, followed by an order to close the business.
Once the online services are shut down, key Autoflasher functions may no longer be available as usual. This could affect the online portal, activations, software updates, protocol database, online services and technical support.
What does this mean for Autoflasher users?
If you currently rely on Autoflasher in your daily workshop or tuning business, we strongly recommend preparing for possible service limitations in advance.
Server-dependent functions could become unavailable once the Autoflasher infrastructure is shut down.
We therefore recommend backing up all important data, including original files, vehicle files, software installers, login information and other relevant data while your current system is still operational.
Avoid unnecessary software reinstallation or changes to a working Autoflasher setup unless absolutely necessary.
Slave users may be particularly affected
Autoflasher Slave systems have a greater dependency on the online infrastructure and their assigned Master.
If the Autoflasher backend becomes unavailable, Slave users could therefore experience significant limitations in their normal workflow.
Master users should also check which parts of their workflow depend on an active connection to Autoflasher servers.
Start considering alternatives now
For professional tuners and workshops, a reliable ECU and TCU programming tool is essential for daily operations.
If Autoflasher is an important part of your business, we recommend looking at alternative flashing solutions before the services are discontinued, rather than waiting until your current workflow is affected.
